We offer a 45-day return policy for all customers worldwide!
Before initiating a return, please review the information below to confirm your item's eligibility for return.
All returned items must:
Be brand new and unused
No signs of wear or damage
Include all original packaging (box and packaging bag)
If the returned item does not meet the above return guidelines, ARVINE reserves the right to refuse a refund and resend the item to the customer.
How much is return shipping?

Please note that returns must use a trackable shipping method, and you are responsible for arranging and bearing the associated costs. Please note that the original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Customs duties and taxes may also apply to the order. You are responsible for these costs, and we cannot refund them even if the order is returned to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note that your return will be processed within 5-7 business days after it is received by our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email!
Please note that due to ongoing global shipping delays, your return package may not arrive before the return deadline. However, we are happy to accept returns as long as the package is shipped before the return deadline (based on tracking information).
